- 2 mangoes (1-, peeled, pitted and diced, for about 1-2 cups chopped mango)
- 1/2 cup red pepper (small diced)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 jalapeno (seeds and membraned removed, finely diced)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 pinch salt

- 1 handful cilantro leaves (fresh, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup)
- milk (for consistency)

Very simple recipe with incredible flavors!
Mixing the avocado cream sauce and the manga salsa (separately, of course) makes prep a cinch.
This one is making it into our regular rotation!

Put the chicken in the slow cooker for 4 hours with a can of tomatoes and chilies. So good and tender loved the mango and avocado on top

Great recipe. t I just need to remember to wear gloves when I cut the jalapeños. My fingers were on fire for about an hour.

awesome! I use the pressure cooker method, after marinating about 6 hours. just the right level of spice and Incredibly moist. the avocado cream was fantastic. I used to stick immersion rather than a standard blender, which I think made it easier to handle the avocado formulation.
