This recipe is a keeper! I grilled the potatoes instead of boiling them & added celery & radishes to the salad. For the dressing, I added a teaspoon of mole powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon & lime juice. I also added a 1/3 of a cup of Greek yogurt to give it a creamy texture. I blended the dressing in a mini food processor before adding it to the salad. It was wonderful! Will definitely make this again.

Outstanding!
I tried this today and boy was I impressed. I didn’t have a shallot so I used a sweet onion instead and turned out just fine. I also did not have any fresh oregano but I will have some next time. Either way, this is a delicious recioe.
