Wow! I have made this twice this week already. Incredibly delicious and perfect creaminess. Tonight I added some Bailey’s to it to give it an adult kick! Last time I had some fresh berries on top. In the future I really should put half of the avocado pudding in the fridge for the next day. It’s actually a lot for one person!
