    Good, but overcooked the chocolate (ended up tasting like bourbon - not the worst thing!). Need to double check the accuracy of my candy thermometer -- otherwise need to troubleshoot that. I found the bittersweet chocolate in the ganache to be too bitter, particularly when coupled with the deep-cooked caramel. Will use semi-sweet next time. Crust was nice; almost like a shortbread.
