- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed, use one 1 tablespoon first, before adding another)
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed, drained, from the can)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

So good! Added more cilantro and lime. Served with enchiladas and couldn’t be happier. Also made this to add burritos!

Great! I used brown rice which ended up being a little undercooked but the flavors were amazing!!!

Good recipe. I used basmati rice and vegetable broth and put it in the rice cooker (1 cup rice to 2 cups water). Added the black beans, garlic and salt to the rice before cooking. Served with tacos. Would totally make this again.
