on a chilly and windy night, this soup made for the perfect comfort food. I deboned a 5lb chicken, subbed in some broth with the water, and followed the recipe. My only disagreement was the kosher salt. I'm still learning and adjusting to different ingredients, but kosher doesn't give the same salty taste as iodine.

So good! I didn’t have some of the spices but used basic salt, pepper, garlic and some turmeric and ginger

I start with Bear creek chicken noodles soup, add most of the list here, frozen veggies to use up. I keep large cans of chicken in my cupboard ready in just over 30 minutes.
