Delicious, not too sweet, came out perfectly. The first time I made it a few weeks ago I added chocolate chips to the top of the batter (I did not want chips mixed into the batter)…and the chocolate chips stuck to the serving plate. Today I added some batter to the bundt pan then chocolate chips then the rest of the batter. A small piece of the cake, where there was a rogue chip, stuck to the pan when inverted…no big deal.
Very good cake for company….if the family doesn’t get to it first!

We love this cake and I don’t even like banana cake! My teenage son loves to make it!

Was so good! Have already made twice- My husband loves! I reduced the sugar as the author suggested. Definitely better the next day, but it’s hard to wait that long!

YUMMMYYYYYY! I loved this recipe I’ve always loved banana bread but seems it never has enough sweetness. I FINALLY found the perfect recipe so moist and flavorful. Will definitely make again!

It’s fantastic!! I added a middle layer of crumble (brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon). Great for breakfast with cup of coffee.

Smells wonderful. My entire house smells amazing. The directions say to cover in plastic and save overnight. Too soon to tell if I make it.

This was absolutely delicious. A great way to use those overripe bananas. It only lasted one day!!

Made just like recipe and it was perfect! Was worried it might be a little banana bread texture but it was great and moist and delicious.

Excellent base recipe for banana bread!! I swapped out a bunch of ingredients (apple sauce for butter, Greek yogurt for sour cream, stevia for sugar, and sometimes Bob's red mill paleo flour) and it turns out great every time.
