Quite tasty, but thin. You could either reduce the chicken broth or add more of everything else.

We loved this - very tasty and such a simple meal to make; nearly Tom Kha Gai, minus the lemongrass. Like others, I added a whole can of coconut milk. On a second make at this soup I also added scallions, red chili flakes, and a tablespoon of mild curry powder for some heat. This is definitely a great family go-to soup.

So yummy! I used a whole can of coconut milk, instead of just a cup and also added 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tbs oyster sauce, and those little tweaks added to the flavor in a big way. Will probably be making this simple recipe again.

It was a tasty way to use a small amount of leftover chicken using ingredients I keep on hand.
