i made some substitutins. i added protein powder mix to boost the protein. i did not add the vanilla or sugar substitute. i made it with egg substitute and (3/4 c.) but i will try with a full cup next time. i measured1/4c. batter and flattened it and i was able to get 6 pancackes. it was good, but i know it can be better

The receipe called for 2 of 3 times more of the amount of water actually needed.

It was my first and last time trying anything with coconut flour. Sponge eggs is what this tasted like and I followed the recipe.

Tasted great! I added flax seed meal for a bit of something extra. Otherwise great recipe

I followed the recipe, and it was way too thin-so I added extra Coconut flour-which made it too thick. I don't think the measurements are right.

Pretty good, tricky to flip and I had to use a knife to help them over. Tasted good - added some fruit and Greek yoghurt to them too

this recipe was clever. But it turned out very bitter and roo thick to flip on a pan.

This was not a good recipe.

Too much egg... just tastes like scrambled egg with flour

not very good, followed the recipe exactly and they turned out as measly thin easily torn blobs. The batter was too runny. if you do try them leave them in the pan longer than you think because any earlier than the thought "cr@p their burnt" will not flip easily.

They were not edible

It tasted like eggs and was all grainy.. I have been experimenting with coconut flour and have been unsuccessful with each attempt.

Very easy. Whipped these up quickly while I naked-fried some wingettes for a chicken-n-waffle type meal. Sugar free syrup by murrays. My meal was definitely comfort food for me. #LowCarbLife
