Description
Falling off the bone, these coffee-rubbed BBQ ribs make the best topping to a piece of crusty bread! Topped with fresh pickled red onions and a dollop of creme fraiche, it's an elevated (but easy) appetizer! If you like, you can even whip up a homemade Quick BBQ Sauce!
Ingredients

- 2 lb. baby-back pork ribs
- 1 baguette (sliced)
- 3 Tbsp. ground coffee
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika (for ribs)
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- barbecue sauce (see description for a homemade sauce recipe)
- 4 Tbsp. chives (chopped)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup pickled red onions

Directions
- Prep the baby back ribs by carefully peeling the membrane from the underside and place on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Mix together the ground coffee, salt, paprika, coriander, brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper and sprinkle all over both sides of the ribs.
