This was very good! I did use half and half instead of heavy cream but still turned out wonderful

My picky eater daughter had two helpings. I included the tablespoon of cream cheese and seasoned to taste rather than measuring. I also cooked down the sauce a bit after adding the cream before adding the pasta and shrimp in
