I would make this again but might add some additional spices. It was a little bland.

Came out great! Substituted Monterey Jack/Cheddar mix for Parmesan and added salt free seasoning. Would definitely make again!!!

Most excellent!!!! So easy and delicious!! I stuffed 4 large portabella mushroom caps for my Mom & me... topped two with Swiss and both were delicious. I’m going to bake the rest of the filling for dip tomorrow at my daughter’s for Mother’s Day.
