I hate to be one of those people who changed the entire recipe, then comment on it as if it was the same recipe. But I had to use what I had at home. So, instead of dried cranberries, I used 1/3 of a small pink lady apple, diced, and fresh Pomegranate arils, just under 1/4 cup. It was really yummy, and easy enough to make up quickly. Maybe a little too sweet, but since I never made anything like this before, I wasn't sure what to expect. If I make it again, I might leave out one of, or cut back on, the syrup or honey. Maybe.
