I think it would have been better with sundried tomatoes vs peppers. also baked the chicken.

Turned out great
I used a roasted Serrano pepper instead of red pepper flakes along with roasting the bell pepper onion and garlic lol
Used 1 1/2c heavy cream & 1 1/2c whole milk as we wanted enough pan sauce to cover potatoes also

It was great! However, I used sweet bell peppers and marinated the chicken thighs with garlic herb black pepper and sea salt. I also used boneless skinless chicken thighs.

Very yummy and super simple! I didn’t have the peppers, but I think they would’ve paired really nicely in this dish. I’ll definitely be using this recipe again, but I think next time I will bake the chicken after searing just for the sake of time.

Turns out perfect every time! I do add a little season salt to the sauce, my kids love this meal! Definitely a go to! The roasted red peppers are a must!

Awesome! my picky husband who does not like spinach loved it and wants me to add it to my recipes of make agains my son and myself also loved it the only thing I might do is add a little more chili flake

Easy to make did not change anything. I put it over egg noodles my husband loved it. He sopped up the sauce afterwards because he said the flavor was so good.

Chicken with a nice creamy sauce served over mashed potatoes. I used mild roasted Pueblo chili instead of the roasted red pepper.
I will definitely make this again

It turned out great! Just don't like the skin and I prefer boneless as well. But the sauce was excellent. Next time, I'm gonna use shrimp! 😋

Tasty and creamy! But cooking thighs like this did take some time and produces quite an amount of oil, though it makes a good sauce at the end!
