Easy, but not really for us. Might've liked it better if we hadn't used Italian sausage, but wanted to follow the recipe.

Turned out great for me both times I've made it. Definitely recommend mild Italian sausage and fire roasted diced tomatoes! I also added some minced garlic to the beginning when I was cooking the diced onions. 3 cups of broth is the perfect amount if you want the consistency to be more like pasta. Also I cooked it in the crockpot on low for around 3 hours

So based on reviews about soupiness and personal preference for less tomatoes (kids can’t stand them), I only used one 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (not drained) and the consistency was perfect! It was creamy yet saucy enough to dip bread in:) The Gnocchi was a tad mushy, so next time I’ll either add the frozen gnocchi in at a later point or just cook regular gnocchi (not frozen) separately and add it in at the end!

We love this! The only problem that I came across was that I couldn't find anywhere in the recipe which setting the crock pot needed to be set on. I guessed and set it on "high". I believe I was correct, since it turned out perfect! I read through all of the comments and reviews looking for one that was asking my question, and no one did. Maybe I missed it? Either way, this dish tastes amazing on top of being easy to make. We'll be making this regularly now. Thank you!

This was really good, and we will be making it again. However, we were expecting it to be more cheeseier and creamier. I add roughly a half cup of Parm instead of a quarter cup. I also add extra seasoning and spinach. Next time I'll try a cup of mozzarella along with the extra parm, maybe extra cream cheese. I may also drain the diced tomatoes or fresh ones instead of juice and all as recipe says. left overs were good meal prep for the freezer.

Easy and delicious! I did not use a slow cooker though and i had fresh tortellini. I just used a pot after browning the meat and onions. Low to medium heat to marry everything together and call it a day. My husband LOVES it

It was good. Something I will make from time to time. It was really easy to put together.

Slow cookers wonderful. This was easy to make and turned out great. Nice consistency in the sauce. Family asked to make again.

Delicious! I added more spinach and seasoning than the recipe called for. It was a little soupy but perfect to soak up with garlic bread. I’ll definitely make it again. Huge hit with my family as well!

I was so excited about making this dish, but it turned out more like a soup than anything. I followed the recipe exactly, but it is about 1/2 liquid and 1/2 ingredients. My husband and I used a slotted spoon to drain some of the liquid out. I might try this again in the future but will definitely decrease the amount of broth I put in.
