Husband loved it, I thought it was a little bland. Pretty easy to make with ingredients already in the pantry. Will add other spices next time. Also use a meat thermometer, don’t go by the cooking times in the recipe, 40 minutes wasn’t long enough for the chicken I had. I ended up baking for an hour total.

After clicking directions and searching the site it takes you to this is what i found.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a buttered baking dish, add chicken breasts and top with slices of butter. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat cream cheese in microwave for 30 sec. to soften.
Add mozzarella, salt, pepper and garlic powder to cream cheese. Stir. Add spinach and stir, one cup at a time.
Remove chicken. Top with cheese & spinach mixture. Add red pepper flakes, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese if desired.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is beginning to turn golden brown.

well, considering the recipe was noy available anymore, i winged it and it was pretty good. 2yr old didnt care much for it, but everyone else loved it.

This is a very good recipe. I deleted adding the cheese at the end. My whole family loved it! Served it with wild rice and green beans! I used fresh baby spinach and no bacon.

Great! I added lots of garlic, onion, old bay and cajun spices to the chicken and onion powder to cream cheese.

Good basic start however it needs help. I added sautéed mushrooms and onions to spinach and added lots of seasoning.

This was okay, pretty bland and a little too dry and not nearly enough to fill even the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

I thought the spinach/cream cheese blend was a bit bland as-is, so I seasoned it and the chicken with just enough Cajun seasoning to taste and it turned out amazing. Chicken was super juicy. I served it with brown rice and carrots.
