This is probably the best chicken I ever made. I brined for one hour using a previously made stock (celery, carrots, bay leaves) and added salt and sugar. Otherwise I stuck right to the recipe and it came out fantastic.

wonderful. very moist and really tasty. Iwould most definitely make it again. I added brussel sprouts and some sweet potatoes to the baking dish

Fantastic. Simple recipe for really juicy chicken breast. Recommend to follow the recipe and brine the chicken first
