Wow. These were amazing! Added 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper for added kick. For faster prep, put cut potatoes & oil in a bowl, cover w saran wrap, & microwave 5 min. This is our default fry recipe from now on.

Turned out great! A little dry, but with ketchup or ranch or whatever you like to dip your French fries in it tastes really great!
