More of a veggie soup than casserole and very bland I made this thinking it would be a casserole but now we are having soup on a 80 degree day lol oops

This is basic that begs for some twists & turns. Changing it ip with different spices snd veggies. Or using noodles instead of potatoes. Let your imagination flow..........

give it 5stars for easy preparation 3 stars if follow the recipe, definitely needs more flavor but all in all a filling meal

This was a hit with both of my teenage girls! Which can be quite hard sometimes. I added some fresh mushrooms (since I needed to use them), a can of diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Will most definitely make again!!
