- 1 cup green bell peppers (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 16 oz. chili beans
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 20 oz. rotel tomatoes (Chili Fixin's flavor works best and doesn't need draining, if you use another flavor be sure to drain.)
- 1/4 cup hot chili peppers (I used jarred, Mezzetta brand)

This chili was very easy and very tasty. I added a cup of beef broth since other reviews said it was a little thick. It turned out perfect! Very Yummy!

Delicious! I was hoping it would be a bit more soupy but it was very good regardless. cheese on top and some crackers make it perfect.
