Good, I think a pork roast would be more tender and juicier fixed this way. The gravy made it not quite as dry. I favor a roasted tenderloin. It doesn’t take long. I’m sure I overcooked it. I did cook the whole thing in the air fryer from start to finish. Made clean up easier. 😉😉

It turned just as instructed. Tenderloin nice, flavorful & tender. Potatoes & carrots just right. I love onions so I got to keep them in (lol)! I made a gravy & wa la…din din was served! Thanks!

I think the meat turned out bland. Thought it could use more spices to spruce up the taste. Gave a three star because the meat shredded easily and adding a little spice after cooked was not bad.

Super easy recipe, the directions are easy to follow and love the photos. It turned out GREAT, so tasty. I will be making this again for sure.

This was delicious! But I used red potatoes instead of russet, also I would bring the water to the top of the vegetables next time.

I would definitely make this again. So simple, very moist and my hubby loved it. One note I used russet potatoes but I think I will try red next time.
