I really liked this and my husband ate it but none of my kids were that interested and they’re not picky. I’m not quite sure what it was but I can say that the rice did not cook in most of them and I ended up having to put in a bunch of water and soup go get it to cook all the way. It really wasn’t until the next day (after siting in the fridge overnight night) that the rice was fully softened. The bottom rolls were the ones that cooked best and that I served for dinner the first night. We ended up with a ton left over and no one but me wanted to eat them. I’d say that if the meat were alot more seasoned it would go over better. It really did taste kinda bland beyond the tomato sauce. The rolls themselves lacked a lot of flavor.
