Love it! I added a little extra of both the dry mustard and the garlic powder. I used a pork shoulder, cooked for about 5hrs, removed from cooker, shredded and placed back into cooker. I didnt need to but wanted to make sure the flavour really soaked in. Was fantastic on brioche buns with coleslaw and the the leftovers were used for nachos the next day.
