REALLY GOOD! I was also surprised at how good it is. Too much pasta for me - I'll cut it in half next time.
I served it with grated parmesan.

Was suprized of how good this was being meat free. Made this for a Lentin meager meal and everybody loved it.

So flavorful! Be sure to add more broth if you decide to add more than recommended amount of pasta!

Everyone loved this soup and it was very easy to make. I was in a hurry so I did it on the stove, but next time will use crockpot.
