Tasty salad, good flavor and lots of crunch. Added a few extra seeds to fluff it up, but made enough to last a few days for lunch!

The combination of vegetables and nuts is super tasty. The dressing is delicious. I used the food processor for the vegetables and a rough chop was nearly impossible so my veggies were very finely chopped. Because my veg was so finally chopped I believe a few more tablespoons of dressing could be in order. I followed the advice another reviewer and made this portable by putting it in a spring roll wrapper along with some wild rice. I will most likely make this again!

This is my favorite healthy “go to meal” it’s fast, easy, delicious and when On the go I wrap in a brown rice paper. So good!

It turned out great I added Mediterranean herb feta cheese and mint leaves and balsamic vinegar. For nuts I chopped mixed unsalted roasted nuts.

This salad turned out so yummy! It was a bit time consuming to cut the ingredients (since I don’t have a food processor yet) but it was pretty easy to make! I reduced the amount of ginger due to preference, 1tbsp was too much for me.

I did not have high hopes while preparing this salad. I am a novice in the kitchen and don’t know my way around and it was my first thing preparing anything. It turned out awesome and tastes amazing. Good detox salad.

Great salad! It was a lot of Ingredients but well worth it. Makes about 5-6 servings and the vinaigrette is wonderful.

AWESOME! Added some brussel sprouts and radishes, just for preference but outstanding lunch fodder and or snack as well for side dish. 2nd time for us, will use alot for parties too.

It was delicious. I cut the lemon juice based on previous comments. I did have to make about 3 batches of dressing because it wasn’t juicy enough for me. I also bought honey coated sliced almonds and honey coated cranberries that are found in pouches near the produce section as salad toppers. It was a hit!! Will make this many more times!!

YUM! Just the kind of salad I was looking for. I substituted the sunflower seeds for crushed dry ramen and raisins for sweet tamarind. Will make this salad again and again!

Easy to make and excellent! I added dried cranberries for a little bit of sweetness! Everyone loved it!
