This was super easy and super yummy! Very adaptable as I used spinach and onion instead of broccoli...Colby jack instead of Swiss-will def make again

Great texture and flavor. I used fat free half and half and silk coconut milk as I didn’t have any cow milk on hand (I did about 1/3 c half and half and 1/2 cup coconut milk). Also used laughing cow cheese as I didn’t have Swiss. It was delicious and turned out great. I would imagine following the recipe with the original ingredients would have an even better result. I will definitely use this “custard” as a base for other crust less quiches.
