I’m glad I found this. I make mini ones in a cupcake pan. So easy and you can pretty much use whatever you have available in your fridge.

Excellent and so easy! However, I did not have chicken nor cheddar cheese, so I used 8 oz prosciutto and 6 oz of feta. My husband really liked it, my 10 year-old grandson said he couldn’t stop eating it, his 6 year-old brother said it was “perfecto.” The 10 year-old asked that the next time he would like a little less cayenne pepper. A winner!
