nah... honestly it was a pain. it took forever to cook. At 250*F wouldn't badge, but at 300*F would burn.... may be better cooked in the skillet with lots of oil, or maybe as muffins...not sure, but we won't be making them again that's for sure.

Maybe if I was used to paleo, I would have liked these, but none of my family did. They were very bland. I ended up adding some sugar and salt. Still bland.
