This came out great. I have a very picky family and they all loved this recipe and told me to make it again but double the recipe because they couldn’t go back for second helpings.

Really easy and tasty. A winning combo. I used full fat cream cheese because that was what I had on hand. Definitely a recipe that you can experiment with on your own once you’ve got the basic idea down.

This was outstanding. I had no idea it was going to turn out so well. I substituted frozen green Chile instead of red pepper flakes, both because I didn’t have red pepper flakes and because I live in New Mexico where you put green Chile in literally everything. I made a 200 yr old pork and mashed potato…casserole, I guess you could say, and intended this to be the side dish, but it was absolutely incredible poured over the casserole. Some seriously good stuff. If you’re like me and you love corn give this a try. It’s another wonderful way to make corn that isn’t boring.

Loved it ! It was a bit on the bland side so I added shredded yellow cheese and heavy cream ! My boyfriend ate it all ! It gave it a nice touch. Would eat again soon !

Amazing! Will need to cut back on that red pepper! But it was so good! And I used the left overs in a Mexican casserole the next day that gave it amazing flavor!!

Awesome! Rich?.....why yes it is and probably not recommended on a nightly basis- but absolutely delicious!!!!! Tiny bit of salt but also excellent without it! Will make again! Also - convenient when making a big meal. You can throw minimal ingredients into the crock and ignore it for hours!

This was great. I should have added a bit of salt, but otherwise it was terrific. I did not add a lot of pepper, I'm afraid of pepper flakes. Still good and the easiest recipe, even for a relative cooking novice, like me. Can't mess this one up.

Turned out great! Added mozzarella and a six pepper blend seasoning for a little kick. Family gave awesome reviews.

Turned out creamy and rich but maybe on the bland side! I added some pepper, oregano and salt as well as some mozarella cheese (there is no such thing as too much cheese) to give it some more flavour and thickness!

It turned out good. I like the creaminess with a little spice. It went well with my main dish. The kids like it too which is always a hit. Something different to add in the meal rotation.

Be careful of the amount of red pepper flakes you put in as it can/will get hotter as it sits. I used two oz less corn with the same amount of cream cheese and it was fantastic. I think that salt and garlic would have made this a little tastier.
