Tastes great! I was looking for a soup incorporating “dragon” kale, my favorite. Took me a some time for prep, and cooking, but we’ll worth the time and effort. I’ll definitely make again

Soup was delicious! Only change was I added the juice of half a lemon instead of whole, I prefer a lighter lemon taste so I can taste all the seasonings. Lots of flavors going on. Very healthy and will be great for leftovers!

I really liked this, it was super easy to make and I was surprised by how flavorful it was considering how quick it was. My chicken pack was slightly over a pound so I just increased the veggies and seasonings a bit and it turned out great. Once all the chopping was done it came together very quickly so that was perfect.

very good healthy soup, subbed the grain for pearled barley... next time half the lemon juice and no oregano :)

I did a 3 day detox this week and this was a great Segway back into a healthier lifestyle. I'll have it all week. The only thing I altered were shitake for cremini mushrooms because that's what I had on hand and used free range chicken broth. Delicious!

Delicious!! It was a big hit with my family. It is far more flavorful than it sounds! I also added some sliced jalapeños and some bean sprouts. Yummy!

Delicious! Reduced the chicken stock to 6 cups for a thicker consistency and used an Italian seasoning blend. Husband loved it!!

I probably over browned the veggies and it could have used a little more garlic and rosemary. Overall a tasty soup though!

Delicious! I will make this soup again. It’s an easy soup to improvise with.... I used some noodles instead of orzo and no beans. The soup was yummy, lots of favor and healthy too.

This was fantastic. Next time I'll add more chicken stock. It was more stew- like than soupy. Perfect for the coldest day of the year or when there's a nasty bug going round.

Yummy! My husband hasn't been feeling well and I decided to make this recipe. He really enjoyed it, and it has given him a little pick me up. I certainly will make this again, it was so scrumptious.
