Super easy and fast! I used a tad more milk to cook my macaroni as long as needed, but otherwise followed recipe as written. Today I shredded 4 oz Monterey Jack and 4 oz Jalepeno Cheddar to make my 1 C of shredded cheese. When done, it was the consistency of baked mac and cheese. If you want it creamier, you could either use meltier cheeses (american, velvetta) or add a little milk as the cheese is melting in.

A quick and filling meal. It’s good but it needs more salt and some vegetables to make it really tasty.

new family favorite! I substituted the cheddar with Colby jack, because cheddar makes it stringy. with the ever-popular (in my family, at least) shell-shaped noodles, I used 3 cups of water. if you don't want to use very much milk, sometimes I use 1 cup/milk and 3 cups/water. for a nice surprise, I added a spoonful of cream cheese for tang. delicious!!

They are really the easiest Mac and Cheese I ever made and so quick
I made the recipe with Cheddar Cheese but next time I would make it with Velveeta for smoother texture
