- 1 large bell pepper (chopped)

- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (finely minced or crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (finely minced or crushed)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups coconut cream (canned)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder (ground cumin)
