No need to visit a restaurant or pizza shop when you can make buttery, cheesy garlic bread right at home!

- 1 loaf Italian bread (or ciabatta bread, 16 oz. per loaf, sliced in half lengthwise)
- 6 Tbsp. salted butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (like mozzarella, provolone, cheddar, etc.)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the bread halves cut side up on the sheet.
- Spread the softened butter evenly over bread halves. Sprinkle evenly with the garlic powder, shredded cheese, and Parmesan.

I’ve made this several times, and it’s amazing! It’s a cheat night staple in my house. You don’t really need to line the pan with foil. Just make sure no cheese falls off before you put it in the oven
