needed to add more soy sauce and a I added a bit of garlic butter to give it a richer flavor but my family absolutely loved it.

This recipe was a hit in my house! made it last night for the first time and must say it is so easy to make, tasty and just right on the amount of soy sauce to use. I will definitely be making this dish again soon! (used leftover rice from the previous night's dinner...works so much better than freshly cooked rice)

This recipe is actually just short of enough for three people.
Double it if you want to feed four adults.
