This is an easy, cheesy casserole that gets you in and out of the kitchen in 5 minutes.


  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 pound broccoli (cooked)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz. per can)
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, for casserole)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

    Made dish with frozen broccoli, had to add additional 10 minutes. Next time I will use fresh broccoli rather than frozen or if using frozen will thaw before adding to mixture and placing in oven. Tasted great!! #cookingfor2

    Perfect chicken and broccoli casserole. I added bacon bits and Parmesan cheese, an extra cup of shredded, and an extra can of cream of chicken. I also did around 4 cups of chicken a and a little more than a lb of broccoli.

    Excellent flavor! I added french fried onions to the cheese topping, and actually put foil over the pan while baking in order to retain all of the moisture and make sure the broccoli wasn't left too crunchy (I didn't have time to cook it separately beforehand). All in all we were very satisfied with it!

    I put extra cheese in this for sure but the family loved it. I think it could have used some crumbled bacon tho...

    Really really good! Followed exactly as instructed and while dubious about cream of chicken soup as a base it turned out super nice for how easy it was. Little bit too much cheese in the sauce for my liking but everyone else in the house was a big fan. Will deffo be making again

    after the cook time I broiled it to crisp up the top cheese and it was delicious. i also added half a can of cream of potato

    Very good! I cut chicken breasts in half (length wise), pounded them out and baked with preferred seasonings at 450 for about 10-12 mins. I then cut the chicken into cubes instead of shredding it. Added a little more cheese and some diced red onions! A few extra seasonings and a little more broccoli. The only thing I would fix is maybe adding some riced cauliflower or figure out how to thicken the sauce some. I did use an extra can of Cream of chicken, but no luck. Otherwise this was good!

    I added a half cup of heavy cream to the mixture and topped it with parmesan bread crumbs. Will definitely make this again!

    I added Cauliflower rice and a little heavy whipping cream and mushrooms. I also added French fried onions. My family loved it!!!

    Followed the recipe. I felt it smelled a lot better than it tasted- it felt like it was lacking something. Definitely, would have liked to incorporate something to make it more thick, maybe another can of cream of chicken? When you stir everything, it covers everything slightly more. It felt bland to me, which is weird since it had enough salt in it. Id try another recipe next time

    Make this but once cooked add cooked stuffing on top with shredded cheese on top of that and bake 5-10 minutes!

    It is a great casserole. I cooked my chicken in my pressure cooker with a can of the cream of chicken soup with herbs and 1/2 onion. Then cut up chicken with the rest of ingredients. The way I made it I didn’t really measure ingredients. When I baked it I put the French fried onions on top of it. I think that made it better

    Good and simple. Nothing amazing but for what it was, it's what I expect
