Creamy, tasty and easy. I dusted the top with cinnamon before serving. I will make this again.

My family and friends all loved this recipe. The first time I make it, I did boil a little too much of the liquid away . The second time I left a little bit of the liquid in and that gave the pudding the right consistency. I also added golden raisins and it was delicious!

I had to change the rice to 2/3 cup and added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. It turned out great!
