- 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast (I like to use Red Star Platinum yeast)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted, stick)
- 1 cup eggnog (warm)
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (plain, or if you have leftover mashed potatoes lying around use those they work great!)
- 1 egg
- 4 cups flour (all-purpose)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 vanilla bean (scraped, optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup butter (stick, very, very soft, I like to place mine in the microwave for 15 seconds until extremely softened, 1/2)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 oz. white chocolate (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. salted butter (melted)
- 3 Tbsp. eggnog
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
