- 1 cup gluten free flour (gfJules ™ All-Purpose)
- 1 cup cane sugar (granulated)
- 1 egg (or 2 Tbs. vegetable oil of choice + 4 Tbs. water + 4 tsp. baking powder whisked together)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (or non-dairy substitute, Earth Balance® Buttery Sticks)
- 2 cups frozen berries (or + fresh, other sliced fruits, or rhubarb + berries, enough to cover the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking dish or 9-inch pie plate)
- 1/4 cup cane sugar (granulated, use less if your fruit is already very sweet and ripe)
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon (optional, I like extra cinnamon on peaches; feel free to omit for berry cobbler)

Awesome. Very simple recipe, I used Bisquick gluten free pancake mix and frozen mixed fruit. Very happy with the taste and texture, not too sweet.

Way too sweet! I'd cut the sugar in half next time, and I have a major sweet tooth.
Still the method was very easy and the texture was (crunchy on top) perfect so I will try that.
