Outstanding! I took one of the recipe tips and added fresh baked garlic herbed chicken. Wow, what a winner. I'm the only one that likes bell peppers, so I used brussel sprouts instead, added at the beginning for the longer cooking time. Also, I used enough brussel sprouts so I didn't need to add a vegie side. This is a favorite for all.

I used 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 paprika 2 garlic cloves in place of the powder also 8 ounces tomato paste in place of tomato sauce & I used only 1/2 of an onion I didn't use green peppers The recipe was great I will make it again.
I am making this recipe again (because I love it!) This time I'm going to add some kielbasa & frozen corn to make it a main dish.

fabulous. I did add green onions, and mexican diced tomatoes with jalapenos and did not add green peppers. added fresh minced garlic. it was great.

I added extra spices because it seemed a little bland. Then we topped it with some taco sauce that really gave it a good Flavor. I’ll make it again because it was good, and it went along way.

Nicely blend of all flavours. Beware of overcooking the rice, needs to be tasted from time to time.

Added around 320g of chicken cooking for around five minutes in the beginning and replaced chili powder with a single real chili and the garlic powder with 2 cloves of actual garlic (this was for 5 servings). Ended up tasting wonderful and just the right amount of spicy.
