These were really awful. Strange ratio of ingredients (baked at 280°F? So strange). They sagged in the middle before they even came out of the oven.

The cupcakes tasted good but mine did not rise and fell flat. I made the buttercream frosting as well which was also good but the two together were really rich. I’ll definitely try this recipe again with some tweaks.
