This was super easy to follow and definitely will make again!

This is fab! I’d recommend reading thru the instructions first so you know to have butter melted & 4 whites separated and waiting. My tweaks included being generous with the lemon & cayenne & subbing jalapeño mustard for dijon. Also toasted whole wheat muffins & sliced deli ham as Jaclyn suggested. Next time I’ll add some fresh spinach to the lineup

Sauce came out great. Wife thoroughly enjoyed. One tip keep whisking till after you add the butter.

This was great, I added only 1/2 stick of butter, do the sauce last. When pouring the butter never stop stirring. We stopped string and didn't follow directions and added all the butter at once, the sauce lost its consistency. Tried again and this time I stirred constantly as butter was being poured in (just like instructions say) and the sauce stayed thick. I poured immediately!

Very tasty breakfast, and for a fairly beginner cook like myself, not terribly challenging to make the first time around. I agree you can halve the sauce quantity, unless you'd like to save some for a second round later.

It was okay, nothing special. I halved the sauce ingredients and still ended up with a ton

This worked out great! Putting the white vinegar in the water for the poached eggs was a great idea and the eggs came out perfect.

Really good! Turned out creamy and tangy with a hint heat from the cayenne.
