- 3/4 tsp. xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (roughly chopped and chilled)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (full fat, preferably, chilled)

Fantastic, I even made a little “cookie with leftover doe, added honey and had a feast!!! For the GF crowd out there this is the best!!!!!

It turns out very well. I struggle making pastry but was able to make this one.
