This was really good! I used wing sauce, and added a squirt of ranch to tone it down a touch. Veggies were zucchini, onion, red potatoes, and carrots. And some pineapple. Served it over cilantro lime brown rice.

It taste delicious. I added a little tomato sauce and a little chicken broth. And I used a little higher fat turkey 7%. But it turned out very good I would make it again

I'm so glad I made this! Tastes delicious!

It was delicious. It had a great amount of heat before the crushed red peppers but it was very tasty

Delicious recipe: sweet, spicy, & savory. I will be making this again!!

It’s both “spicy” and “sweet” I made it with diced up chicken instead of turkey I think next time I may ad some dry roasted peanuts. For the veggie I used fresh broccoli and like half a red and green bell pepper also fresh mushrooms I served it over Quinoa, and sampled it of if white rice both or good choice. Considering trying with shrimp and brown rice next time definitely in the rotation of meals

This dish NEVER disappoints! I have made it quite a few times now as this has become a weekly dish. I add green beans (fresh or frozen) and yellow peppers. Otherwise i just stick to the recipe!

Yumm!
Not a big fan of ground turkey or Buffalo sauce. However, I’ve made this recipe multiple times. I added yellow onion, green bell pepper and pineapple chucks. Comes out great!

Very spicy- I used sriracha sauce instead of wing sauce, and left out the red pepper flakes.

What an awesome dish would definitely make again and I didn’t even add any sugar as the applesauce although unsweetened was enough for me. I also used fresh garlic and ginger. Next time I will definitely use different vegetables as I had lima beans in my vegetable mix and I would not recommend. Served over quinoa. It’s in my rotation!

I made this on a whim one night while trying to figure out what to make for dinner. The leftovers didn't last long. I will be saving this one in my recipe stash.

Good I substituted siracha and Caesar dressing bc I didn’t have apple sauce and the hot was too hot I also used white vinegar a squirt of ketchup for sweetness and it came out quite tasty! My boyfriend is a chef and he liked it!

My husband & I loved the sweet & spicy combo of the flavors. I used ground turkey, fresh ginger, & fresh garlic. For veggies, I used zucchini, a mix of pablano, red & yellow peppers, celery & onion. (Any mix of veggies could work.) For the sauce, I only used 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar, as the applesauce was plenty sweet on its own (we used unsweetened applesauce). I didn't have any buffalo sauce so I used a chipotle pepper & 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. (I used a mini food processor to mix the sauce.) I simmered the turkey & veggies for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables were tender. I added lemon jiuce & cilantro when it was done & served it over brown rice. Delicious! Will definitely make this again. 👍

We loved this recipe! I made some modifications but nothing drastic. I chopped 3 large cloves of garlic, added some chopped red onion and fresh ginger. I figured the garlic and ginger only enhanced the powdered ingredients called for in the recipe. I also added some chopped red, orange and yellow peppers, matchstick carrots and broccoli. I made 1 1/2 times the amount of sauce because I knew my family would want a little extra sauce with this served over rice. I only added a 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes. I will definitely make this again and add it to our rotation. Yummy! 😋

Delicious. Flavor was on point, chilly flakes really helped with the spice in the sauce

This was the most delicious dish made with ground turkey (which can be a little boring) that I have ever made. The flavors were so bold.
Highly recommended.

Sooo good! I couldn’t stop myself from seconds. Will definitely make this again!

So easy! Dinner ready in 20-25 minutes with ingredients on hand. I used 1# of frozen mixed stir fry veggies to 2# of ground turkey. I might try cutting back on sugar as personal preference; just watching the carbs. Very flavorful with a simple and ingenious sauce. So nourishing.

Great!!! Added fresh broccoli, red peppers, and mushrooms! Instead of ground ginger, I used fresh grated ginger.

Turned out awesome! Tastes delish!

Pretty darn good! I helped the turkey stick together a bit by adding an egg and seasoning and mixing it all up before cooking. I used umami seasoning on the turkey and it have it a wonderful flavor. Added mixed Asian vegetables.

Excellent! Added lots of veggies and served over lentil rice. Definitely will make again

Excellent flavor. I didn’t have applesauce so I boiled two small plums and a bit of sugar to make a plum sauce and substituted the applesauce. OMG it really made for a wonderfully tasty sauce for the turkey. I cut up tri-color bell peppers with scallions and cooked them with the turkey. I added broccoli at the end and served over jasmine rice. I can see using the firecracker sauce on many things I’m sure it’s yummy on pork too
