I like this recipe. It can be a loaf without being a gooey batter like other flax breads. I'm going to experiment a bit with this recipe. I was successful without sifting my flax meal and I used only the baking powder. Didn't rise too much but, that's ok with me. Next time I'll omit the baking powder to compare it. I might try microwaving it to see how it cooks.
