Truly decadent. Roasted for 2 1/2 hours at 160 Celsius and then at 200 Celsius for 30 minutes.

It exceeded my expectations the skin was crispy and delicious I did not have flaked salt I used Himalayan and it was a little too salty because of that substitution.

Very simple true but fool proof it is not. Make sure to convert temperature for your oven setting
