It was yummy! I didnt add the celery and carrots tho. Definitely season it up with lots of pepper and salt, and add more water for a more soupy consistency.

I substituted zucchini for celery and used 2 vegetable bullions and added a few more seasoning’s and it’s great!

Delicious! Used a bit more carrot and celery and it made a tasty soup with a little crunch.
