Omg they are delicious my three year old daughter is the pickiest eater ever and will starve before eating most things especially meat she loved this. I was out of thyme so used oregano, garlic, a bit of smoked paprika (my daughter didn’t like the color without it) and dash of cilantro and coriander. Cooked on an indoors gril. Delicious

Turned out great, I didn’t have any thyme so I used about 1/2 as much rubbed sage. Yummy

Delicious and loved it. If my 5 yr old will eat it then it’s a win! I’ll probably make it without the Rosemary next time and find some sort of replacement since my spouse doesn’t really like Rosemary. But fantastic recipe.

Pretty Good! The only thing I would change- I would drain the pork chops before putting them in the oven.
