Oh so good! Used Parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella, that’s what I had after forgetting mozzarella at the store lol.

It turned out well, i paired with some salmon.

This turned out so very tasty! I totally cheated and used dried onion that I rehydrated and sun dried tomatoes. The only change I would make would be to cut down the amount of cheese.
