Description
This easy mahi-mahi recipe comes together in 30 minutes or less. After searing the fish for a few minutes per side, make a super simple lemon butter sauce with garlic. We like to sauté some asparagus too, but adding a vegetable isn't necessary.

- 1 lemon (sliced)

- 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)
