Loved it! The sauce is amazing, only adjustment I made was I added a little sriracha to it ‘cause gochugang isnt super spicy and my roommates love spice ☺️ I didn’t use pressed tofu (just regular firm tofu) so mine didn’t turn out as crispy but was still good 👍 Will definitely make again 😊✨

Very tasty and easy to make! Only downside is it requires a lot of ingredients for the sauce, but luckily I had all of them on hand.

Tastes great but it was way too much sauce- even with all the veggies & chickpeas that I added (i served it with rice). Would make again but with less sauce. also, Maybe a bit more corrnstarch for the tofu (:

Just used less sugar because my hoisin was home made and a bit sweeter. Added mushrooms and broccoli!! Amazing! I’ll definitely make ir again!
